This disease presents with a range of symptoms, including fever, headache, muscle aches, swollen lymph nodes, and a characteristic rash that eventually develops into pus-filled blisters. Transmission of monkeypox typically occurs through contact with infected animals, especially rodents, or through close contact with an infected person.
